of justin bieber

i woke up this morning. took a shower and - for the first time in 7 days - stuck my hands into my school bag and pulled out the massive pile of !#%^& i haven't touched since i left school at 3 pm on march 18th, 2011.
i graded half my stuff. i proceeded to go upstairs and hang out with my family - it is my dad's bday. then i came back downstairs and graded the second half. i entered grades. it's 530 and i have planned all my classes for tomorrow + 1 class for tuesday. i made three power points, one handout and on top of that talked to a bunch of people.
winning.

it's going to be hard to get back on the swing of things. it always is. i am dreading my 4 30 alarm going off. i am dreading morning traffic. i am dreading everything that comes with no longer waking up at 10 30 or staying in my pj's all day.

on the upside of things, this was one productive spring break:
- i cleaned my closet
- i saw several people i haven't seen in a while: karli, molly, jeff
- i ate everything in sight: sushi, italian, melting pot, chipotle, crepes... i am pretty sure i gained about 5 pounds.
- i started my house purchasing paperwork
- i updated my blog - twice!
- i read two books for school, started a third one AND also read over half a book for fun
- i saw three movies: red riding hood, limitless, battle LA
- i caught up with all my shows
- i went to opening day of the rapids
- i spent lots of time with the fam
- i went to canvas and cocktails
- i painted my nails
- i graded every single paper that was un-graded
- i planned
- i slept in every single day except for friday
- i took spike to the dealership for his recall
- i shopped
- i saw a shooting star


ahhh how i love spring break <3

HOWEVER... i am happy to see my kids. i always miss them and wonder what they are up to. i wonder if they are having fun, being safe and making good choices. i look forward to hearing their crazy stories, laugh with them and have them make fun of how boring my breaks normally are.
i am looking forward to seeing all my coworkers (and bw, cough). i am looking forward to lunch with teachers, i am looking forward to the quickest time of the year: APRIL.

oh... and this weekend: opening weekend!!!! YAYYYY ROCKIES!!!!!
