The truth is you never really leave high school....

No matter what anyone tells us, high school never really ends. We never really stop being "clique-y." You will always have sub-groups in any real-life setting. People never EVER get along with everyone, and backstabbing is part of human nature.
Working IN a high school probably does not help our case either....
